BURTEKS TEKSTIL, which aims to make design productions with new approaches by following innovative developments in terms of yarn quality with yarn spinning technologies, also serves in vortex yarn productions with the applications of mixing all natural and synthetic fibers and turning them into different products with yarn spinning technologies.
Vortex yarn is preferred for its characteristics such as less breakage and a cleaner appearance, high resistance to pilling and abrasion, less shrinkage with high moisture absorption and high washing resistance.
In 2020, Burteks Tekstil decided to invest in Vortex yarn in order to increase the diversity of yarn products and customers/partners in the sector.
A total of 750,000 kg of Cellulosic (Viscon-Tencel-Modal) yarn is produced monthly in a production line of 12 machines.
